    • Tuesday: Chicken Tetrazzini (see recipe list), Sauteed Spinach and Tomatoes (see recipe list), Applesauce, Pasta (in entree)

    • Wednesday: Ground Beef Stroganoff (see recipe list), Roasted Cauliflower, Seasonal Fresh Fruit (cantaloupe, honeydew, mango, pineapple, strawberries, watermelon - no bananas/apples), Egg Noodles

    • Thursday: Breaded Fish Ketchup, Mixed Vegetables, Mandarin Oranges, Soft Roll

    • Friday: Oven Fried Chicken (see recipe list), Green Beans (fresh/frozen, not canned), Salad (Spinach, Romaine, Tomato, Cucumber) ½ cup, Lowfat Ranch Dressing, Cornbread

  • Snack

    • Monday: Yogurt 4 oz cup, Tropical Mixed Fruit

    • Tuesday: Waldorf Fruit Salad (no nuts) (see recipe list), Blueberry Muffin

    • Wednesday: Peaches, Cheese Crackers

    • Thursday: Cottage Cheese (2 oz), Pineapple, 100% Whole Grain Bread (1 slice), Butter or Marg.

    • Friday: Fresh Orange Wedges, Original Sun Chips (100% whole grain)
