•Wednesday April 8:

Milk, Sliced Turkey, Steamed Baby Carrots, Mashed Potato (Fresh, not instant),

Corn Muffin.

 

•Thursday April 9:

Milk, Chicken and Rice, Green Beans, Mnadarin Oranges, Brown Rice

(100% whole grain).

 

•Friday April 10:

Milk, Hamburger (Lettuce and Tomato), Oven Fried Potatoes, Pears, Bun with

Mustard, Mayo, Ketchup.

Week 1

•Monday April 13:

Milk, Baked Sliced Chicken (2 oz), Fresh Sweet Potato (not instant), Steamed

Broccoli, 100% Whole Grain Bread with Butter or Marg.

 

•Tuesday April 14:

Milk, Chicken Tetrazzini, Fresh Tomato Slices, Applesauce, Pasta (in entrée).

 

•Wednesday April 15:

Milk, Breaded Fish with Ketchup, Green Peas, Seasonal Fresh Fruit (cataloupe,

honeydew, mango, pineapple, strawberries, watermelon)

 

•Thursday April 16:

Milk, Ground Beef Stroganoff, Mixed Vegetables, Mandarin Oranges, Egg Noodles.

 

•Friday April 17:

Milk, Oven Fried Chicken, Salad (Spinach, Romaine, Tomato, Cucumber) with Italian

or Ranch Dressing, Green Beasns, Cornbread.

Week 2

•Monday April 20:

Milk, Roast Turkey Slices, Peas and Carrots, Mandarin Oranges, 100% Whole

Wheat Roll with Butter or Marg.

 

•Tuesday April 21:

Milk, Chicken Nuggets with Ketchup, Steamed Broccoli, Applesauce, 100% Whole

Grain Bread with Butter or Marg.

 

•Wednesday April 22:

Milk, Cheeseburger, Green Beans, Seasonal Fresh Fruit (cantaloupe, honeydew,

mango, pineapple, strawberries, watermelo), Bun with Mustard, Mayo or Ketchup.

 

•Thursday April 23:

Milk, Tacos (Turkey, Chicken or Beef) with Sheredded Cheese, Shredded Lettuce, Diced Tomato and Mild Salsa, Corn, Black Beans and Tortilla & Brown Rice (100% Whole Grain).

 

•Friday April 24:

Milk, Beefaroni, Salad (Spinach, Romaine, Tomato, Cucumber) with Italian or

Ranch Dressing.

Week 3

•Monday April 27:

Milk, Sweet and Sassy Chicken (Chicken Breast with Honey Mustard Glaze), Italian

Green Beans, Pineapple, Brown Rice (100% Whole Grain).

 

•Tuesday April 28:

Milk, Meatloaf with Ground Turkey or Beef with Ketchup, Fres Mashed Sweet Potato

(not instant), Fruit Cocktail, 100% Whole Grain Bread with Butter or Marg.

 

•Wednesday April 29:

Milk, Chicken in Gravy or Sauce, Green Peas, Fresh Apple Slices, Soft Roll.

 

•Thursday April 30:

Milk, Spaghetti & Meat Sauce with Ground Turkey or Beef, Salad (Spinach, Romaine, Tomato, Cucumber) with Italian or Ranch Dressing, Steamed Baby Carrots, Spaghetti (in entrée) with Garlic Bread.
