Milk, Roast Chicken, Peas and Carrots, Pears, Moros.

 

•Tuesday:

Milk, Chicken Nuggets with Ketchup, Steamed Broccoli, Applesauce, 100% Whole Grain Bread with Butter or Marg.

 

•Wednesday:

Milk, Hamburger (Lettuce and tomato), Green Beans, Seasonal Fresh Fruit (cantaloupe, honeydew, mango, pineapple, strawberries, watermelon - no bananas or apples),

Bun with Ketchup.

 

•Thursday:

Milk, Fricassee de Pollo, Roasted New Potatoes, Red Beans, Brown Rice (100% whole grain).

 

•Friday:

Milk, Breaded Fish, Salad (Spinach, Romaine, Tomato, Cucumber) Italian or Rach Dressing, Steamed Baby Carrots, Macaroni and Cheese.

Week 2

•Monday:

Milk, Ropa Vieja, Black Beans, Tostones (plantains), Rice.

 

•Tuesday:

Milk, Breaded Chicken Patty, Green Peas, Fresh Apple Slices, Cuban Bread.

 

•Wednesday:

Milk, Picadillo, Red Beans, Fruit Cocktail, Rice.

 

•Thursday:

Spaghetti & Meat Sauce with Ground Turkey or Beef. Salad (Spinach, Romaine, Tomato, Cucumber) Italian or Rach Dressing, Steamed Baby Carrots, Spagetti (in entrée).

 

•Friday:

Milk, Arroz Amarillo con Pollo, Mixed Vegetables, Pears, Rice (in entrée).

Week 3

•Monday:

Milk, Roast Turkey, Green Peas, Black Beans, White Rice.

 

•Tuesday:

Milk, Breaded Fish with Ketchup, Salad (Spinach, Romaine, Tomato, Cucumber)
Italian or Ranch Dressing, Steamed Baby Carrots, Soft Roll.

 

•Wednesday:

Milk, Hamburger (Lettuce and Tomato), Oven Fried Potatoes, Pears, Bun
with Mustard, Mayo, Ketchup.

 

•Thursday:

Milk, Baked Chicken, Platano Maduro (Plantains), Peaches, Cuban Bread.

 

•Friday:

Milk, Picadillo, Yucca, Mixed Vegetables, Congri.

Week 4

•Monday:

Milk, Fricasse de Pollo, Mashed Potatoes (Not instant), Fresh Broccoli Florets
with Rach Dip, 100% Whole Grain Bread with Butter or Marg.

 

•Tuesday:

Milk, Black Beans, Platano Maduro (Platains), Applesauce, Rice.

 

•Wednesday:

Milk, Picadillo, Corn, Seasonal Fresh Fruit (cantaloupe, honeydew, mango, pineapple, strawberries, watermelon - no bananas or apples), Brown Rice (100% whole grain).

 

•Thursday:
